Hugh McGarry, Managing Director
Hugh has been at the helm of BCM Construction since the company was established in 1985, having begun his professional and business career in the 1970’s.
In addition to his managerial role, Hugh still has hands on involvement in the running of the company and likes to share his enormous wealth of experience by being highly visible and involved in all aspects of the company.
Terry Sullivan, Financial Director
Terry joined BCM Construction 25 years ago and was appointed Financial Director in 2000. He directs and oversees all financial activities, including the preparation of current financial reports and forecasts for future business growth.
In addition to his financial role, Terry takes particular responsibility for IT Systems, Estimating, and Human Resources.
Shane O’Halloran, MSc, BEng, Construction Director
Shane joined BCM Construction as Technical Manager and was appointed Construction Director in June 2010. He has 10 years' experience working and managing complex engineering projects in the UK Rail industry.
He is responsible for the overall planning, coordination and control of BCM projects from inception to completion and supporting the project teams. He also takes overall responsibility for Safety, Health and Environment.
Mark Wallis, Commercial Director
Mark joined BCM Construction in 2003 and was appointed Commercial Director in June 2010 and has 22 years' commercial management and surveying experience.
In addition to the day to day commercial management of the current contracts, lending support and overseeing the commercial team, Mark is responsible for estimating and developing and winning new business.
Kevin Bush, Operations Director
Kevin joined BCM Construction in 1988 as a Contracts Manager and has more than 30 years’ experience working in the construction industry and 23 years working knowledge of the rail infrastructure.
Kevin was promoted to Operations Director in June 2010. In addition to his contract duties he is responsible for the company Link-Up, Principal Contractor’s License audits and managing our rail office in East Grinstead.
