BCM Construction Set Robust Environmental Objectives and Targets:
Reduce Carbon Emissions
BCM Construction has seen a significant drop in Greenhouse Gas (GHG) emissions from our base year. Even though turnover has increased we have still managed a reduction in emission intensity.
All our environmental returns are reported in line with the International Standard (ISO 14064-1:2006). The results have been audited by CEMARS facilitated by Archilles Carbon Reduction.
Reduce Waste to Landfill
BCM Construction has to date achieved 94% waste recycling.
Key Actions taken by BCM Construction:
- Environmental Toolbox Talk Programme for all employees has been launched.
- Fleet renewal focus on lower emissions and improved fuel efficiency.
- Improved at source separation of waste in line with BCM Construction Site Waste Management Planning.
