We deliver a buildings asset management framework for Network Rail which involves improvement works to their existing buildings assets.
These works can range from replacing a ticket hall roof to upgrading a signal box or extending station platforms. Enable Infrastructure’s (formerly known as BCM Construction) Buildings Framework contracts for NR have also covered the upgrading of station buildings and of operational facilities such as depot buildings, maintenance delivery units, staff accommodation and office facilities.
Our other rail sector clients include London Underground, MTR Crossrail and train operating companies. We work with LU’s Renewals and Enhancements teams to deliver improvements to stations and offices.

Great Western Electrification Programme 2014-2019
