HSE Advisor – Site based (covering West London, Wales & Western areas) – PAYE

This is a key position in our construction business to develop our in-house labour desk. As a Resourcer/Labour Manager, you will be responsible for the day to day recruitment, sentinel coordination and the associated payroll administration prior to handover to the accounts team. You will be expected to perform recruitment and resourcing duties and attend all necessary training that the company provides.

Contractors Engineering Manager – PAYE or Contract- London Waterloo

We require a CEM to join our business in managing the engineering assurance across the organisation. Ideally a CEM design, you will have experience on Network Rail multi-disciplinary projects, ideally with some LU experience but not essential. You will be coordinating and managing the engineering design for our business.
Someone with an entrepreneurial mindset and a background of working for a design consultancy would also be of benefit to help drive the business further but this is not essential.

Bid Coordinator – Waterloo – PAYE full time

We are looking for someone who is tenacious and driven with the skills to coordinate the bid process. We expect this person to be able to manage and collate information from a number of different departments to ensure the best possible documents are produced when it comes to bids and tenders.
Previous experience in a Bid admin, Bid coordinator or Assistant Bid Management role is required, ideally with in infrastructure construction such as rail, highways, power etc or other constructions sectors would be of benefit.
There is great career progression on offer and we expect this role to move into a Bid Management role with in 12-18 months for the right person.

We are looking to recruit a number of Graduates to join our team and form the new cohort of our graduate scheme. This role requires a degree in Quantity surveying or Commercial Management, some experience in Quantity Surveying would be beneficial, but not essential.
