BCM Complete Lyminster Bypass Scheme for Breheny Civil Engineering

This bypass is required as part of the housing development by Persimmon Homes to stop the existing and new traffic using the A4284 and Toddington Lane Rail Crossings. The new bypass will also add a dedicated pedestrian and cycle route going up to the Littlehampton Academy, town centre and the seafront.

Brighton Electrical Control Room (ECR) Refurbishment Project for Network Rail

This project was an Enable Consortium delivery with Equate Design executing the design for the works and Enable Hire supplying the plant which allowed BCM to update the facilities increasing the capacity of the ECR, ensuring that the site was of a high standard to accommodate staff.

Owned and managed by the National Trust, Denbies Hillside is in a Site of Special Scientific Interest (SSSI) and is an excellent example of chalk grassland which is very rare in north west Europe.

BCM Construction, Network Rail IP Southern Team, Crewit and Glenamaddy came together to complete volunteer work at Battersea Dogs & Cats Home. The 27-strong team carried out the renovation of the gravel path used as a walking route for the homeless and unwanted dogs at the Home. The pathway is now a glorious garden walkway at the iconic London site – see pictures below of the transformation.

BCM are reducing, reusing and recycling with the introduction of our refillable water bottles for all staff and site teams! This significantly reduces the environmental impact of plastic cups – which contribute 79% to the world’s plastic found in landfills.   The bottle is functional, lightweight and complete with a ‘hydration scale’ – encouraging you to drink approximately 2 litres of water a day (as per UK health guidelines) to reduce fatigue and improve health.
