The required level of quality is achieved through adoption of a system of procedures that reflect BCM’s competence to existing customers, potential customers and independent auditing authorities.

This is achieved through on-going improvement, review and assessment, with appropriate funding, facilities and resources are made available as required.

Achievement of the required quality standards involves all staff, each of whom, are individually responsible for the quality of their work, resulting in a continually improving working environment for all.

 

The objectives of the quality standards are:

  • To maintain an effective quality system complying with BS EN ISO 9001
  • To achieve and maintain a level of quality which enhances BCM’s reputation with customers.
  • To ensure compliance with relevant statutory and safety requirements.
  • To endeavour, at all times, to maximize customer satisfaction with the services provided by BCM
  • To set and monitor targets and objectives
  • To maintain a robust system of Inspection Test Plans (ITP’s)
  • To reduce incidents and customer complaints
  • To identify improvements to existing working practices
  • To provide a quality project management service through the delivery of projects and end products
The quality management philosophy and company practice of BCM is to harness the human and material resources of its organisation in the most effective way, to ensure that the business continually fulfils its requirements, whilst carrying out its operations as efficiently and economically as possible.
